HOW TO APPLY FOR AWARDS

The Angels of Hope (AOH) committee will be accepting applications* throughout the year and reviews applications monthly. All application information is held as confidential and only reviewed by the AOH Committee. There are two ways you can apply;


1st option is you can pick up an application at the American Legion Post 39, which is located at 206 N. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ 85234. If you stop by the post just ask how you can apply to the Angels program and you can get started! An employee of the Post 39 or an officer there will know how to get the information to the committee.


2nd option will be to click on the button below, download the application form and print a copy or fill out and save it to your computer. This application form can be mailed, brought to the American Legion Post 39, or email it to angelsofhopealrpost39@gmail.com.


If you mail it, be sure to address the envelope correctly so it gets to the committee for review. Here's the information you need to get it to the right people:

Deadlines for applications, and review are the third Wednesday of each month and any awards granted will be after that day.  No application will be accepted without all documentation.


Angels of Hope awards are paid solely by funds available for distribution which are acquired by the American Legion  Post 39 members, and members of the community. The Angels of Hope ALR Post 39 Committee has the right to deny any and all applications.
